1. Donations

a. All donations made to Son Et Lumiere are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

b. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 5 working days of the donation date.

2. Cancellations

a. Recurring donations can be canceled at any time by contacting Son Et Lumiere or through your donor account.

b. Cancellation requests received after 5 working days prior to the next scheduled donation will not be processed in time.
